Refund terms for Springpad Wealth research services

We provide paid research services under our SEBI Research Analyst registration (INH000022950). Before subscribing, please review the refund terms below:
1. Non-Refundable Services
All fees for research advisory subscriptions, mentorships, reports, model portfolios, or premium content are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted. This aligns with SEBI RA guidelines, as research output is delivered immediately and cannot be retracted.
2. Payment Errors
If you are charged twice or experience any payment gateway error, notify us within 7 days with your transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded to the original method within 10–15 business days.
3. Technical Access Issues
If a platform-side technical issue prevents access to your paid services, we will investigate and resolve it. If the issue persists for over 72 hours and the fault lies with us, compensation may be considered at our discretion.
4. Cancellation and Premature Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not qualify you for a refund for the current billing cycle. Your service access continues until the end of the paid term.
However, in case of premature termination of Services initiated by you, we will review the request and may provide a pro-rata refund for the unexpired subscription period, subject to our assessment and without any breakage fee or penalty.
5. Regulatory Compliance
5.1 Premature Termination of Services
In case of premature termination of Services, We shall refund fees for the unexpired subscription period on a pro rata basis.
5.2 No Breakage Fee
No "breakage" fee or penalty shall be imposed.
5.3 Partial-Month Subscriptions
Partial-month subscriptions are generally not refunded except at RA's sole discretion or as required by SEBI.
5.4 SEBI Registration Suspension or Cancellation
If the RA's SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days or cancelled, We shall refund any unutilized fees from that effective date onward.
